Return Policy

Custom-made & personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable if they match the approved design and specifications.


Items exchanged or replaced within 15 days of delivery only if there is a manufacturing defect or the item differs from the approved design.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

If a shipment is returned by the courier due to failed delivery attempts, it can be re-shipped within one week after confirmation with the customer.

Refunds are processed via InstaPay only, after inspection of the returned item.

Refunds are not issued at the time of courier handover.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and covered by the customer, except in confirmed defect or design mismatch cases.

Approved repairs may take up to 15 business days after receiving the item.
