Refund policy

“We offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging — along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that if any part of the product or packaging is missing, the courier may refuse to collect the returned item.

If you wish to return an order for personal reasons or due to a change of mind, return shipping fees will apply and are to be covered by the customer.

In the case of a manufacturing defect, if the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be issued free of charge within 2–4 business days from the approval of the request.
