• Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, color fading due to exposure to chemicals or water, or loss.”

• We offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging — along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Please note that if any part of the product or packaging is missing, the courier may refuse to collect the returned item.

• If you wish to return an order for personal reasons or due to a change of mind, return shipping fees will apply and are to be covered by the customer.

• In the case of a manufacturing defect, if the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be issued free of charge within 2–4 business days from the approval of the request.

• To preserve the beauty and shine of your jewelry, avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, hand sanitizers, and similar products, as they may affect the jewelry’s color over time.

• We also recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping, exercising, showering, or swimming to help prevent scratches, damage, and loss of shine.

• For best care, gently clean your jewelry occasionally using a soft cloth to maintain its brilliance and finish.”
